Answer:   Create "database" folder.
Upload your ".mdb" file.
Login to your Control Panel and Click on the left menu - Web Site Manager.
1. Your web site will be listed - click to select the web site.
2. Click on the left menu - Data source names
3. Follow the wizard to select the name and the path to your database file and submit.

DSN will be automatically created for you.
