Answer:   Please MAKE SURE that for username you place the full: somebody@yourdomainname.com and NOT just: "somebody".

Second, PLEASE MAKE SURE that after you set up the account you go to Tools->Email Accounts->choose the Account->Change and choose that your "Outgoing server requires authentication" and "Use the same settings
as my incoming server"

THIS IS A DIFFERENT OPTION FROM USE SSL AUTHENTICATION, WHICH HAS TO
BE CHECK OFF.

In addition, all of your other settings have to be exactly the way we specify them at your Control Panel->Emails->How to set up Outlook.
