Question: Web Site: Ones I have FTPd my pages, how do I publish the pages, so I can view the site.
I have already FTPd my pages for the site.
I realize my domain transfer may take a few days.

Answer:
There are 2 ways to publish your web files.
1. Using http method
2. Using ftp method
Http method requires MS Visual Studio or MS Visual Web Developer or MS Front Page or MS Expression Web installed on your local computer.
You can download for free Visual Web Developer at :
http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010-editions/visual-web-developer-express
You can find many links to download such programs in your Control Panel -> Dashboard look at "Free Downloads" section.
The above programs comes with very detailed help where you can find steps on how to use them to publish.
To see your web site before you transfer or point your Domain Name you can use the following link:
http://UserName.bhsrv.com/
Look at Control Panel-> Access Information for the URL , user name and password that you need to use with particular program.
Look at control Panel -> Quickstart -> Quickstart tutorial to find some basic steps.
