Answer:   If you are using OutlookExpress or outlook you need:

go to - Tools - Account - Select account (your BizHostNet email account ) - Properties - Servers :

check the box:
1.My outgoing server need authentication.

and check the box:
2.Use same setting as my incoming mail server
